Rules & Additional Informations:
✦ Please give me the list of your commission. Must include the character, character reference(s), type of commission, your request description, and additional attached pictures or links to support your request.
✦ Please provide a proper explanation of what you order. Highly recommend using additional images as a reference.
✦ After you have listed your request, I will give you the estimated prices. After confirmation, your request will be been approved and I immediately put you on the waiting list. Once I reach your slot in the queue, I send you a sketch of your commission.
✦ payment full upfront after I confirmed your request.
✦ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to +-1 month. Depending on many factors such as; health, commission slot, complexity, or any other real-life issues.
✦ Any project or long-term commission invitation with its description and details please send to my email.
✦ Do not rush the artist.
✦ Complex design, commercial use, hyper-detailed, designing a character, additional background or characters, may incur additional cost
Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork.The commissioner is allowed to :
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use and/or commercially.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without discussed permission beforehand. (Meaning making money from it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Altering the artwork without the artist´s, consent.Nothing made by me, as name Koa with SNS @kokotuo & @sethokoa, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI or future inventions in the space.

Policy in the Event of Death or Incapacitation
While I sincerely hope this policy never needs to be applied, I believe it is important to provide clarity if I become permanently unable to continue my work due to death, severe medical condition, or other unforeseen external circumstances.If I am unable to complete your commission under these circumstances, a designated representative may contact affected clients on my behalf. They will provide updates regarding the status of the project and, where possible, assist with the following:

✦ Issuing refunds for any unfinished portion of the commission, if discussed otherwise.
✦ Answering questions regarding the status of your commission.There may be no one available to manage my commissions or issue refunds immediately. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that working with an independent artist carries inherent risks.Thank you for your understanding.
